The 3lp in Vaals in the Netherlands is a tourist attraction, nowadays and also 100 years ago. Tourists from all over the world visit this place. In this series I have combined some of my photos with photos from the archive of the local history circle Sankt Tolbert from Vaals; because of the similarities in the attitudes and poses of the people portrayed, but also to play an associative game with images from the past and the present.
